  : Carmen, who looked after the property, was very pleasant and engaging. I was going to be late, so she arranged to leave a key for me somewhere secret. Because it was getting a bit chilly, the heating was on! How thoughtful!

  : The accommodation was central to our activity, very comfortable and the host was friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular and the room very well maintained. Lovely shower.
  : There was a bad odor in the house, which either came from dead fish or rotten milk. It was really horrible, but luckily did not interfere with our stay, since our room was on the second floor.

  : After a cold, wet day, the heating was fortunately on.
  : that the furnishings are a bit old, that you have to share the bathroom, that there is only Wi-Fi in the salon, that initially there is no newspaper for your wet shoes (later she has old paper but no newspapers) that is not all insurmountable but that the sheets are not fresh, even... it seems, not washed that is the worst thing that can happen to you in a hotel!!! And that is the case here and for 40 per night, one of the most expensive accommodations I have had on the Camino.

  : After a long day of hiking up to O'Cebreiro what a great place to stay. Our host was on the front steps calling out my name as we approached ( we were a few minutes past check in time but she patiently waited for us). We had the front room upstairs with a private bath and found the room large and welcoming. Had time for a shower before a walk up to the pilgrim's blessing. How fun to be right down the street in such a unique little village on the Camino. No food is provided at the inn but plenty of options are very nearby. Felt very fortunate to find an opening on their calendar.

  : It was shelter in OCebriero.
  : This place is dingy and cold. The tile grout was black. The bath rug looked like it had not been washed in a while. The place was cold. It was raining and 7 degrees and there was little heat. She cut the radiators so early that clothes from the Camino had no time to dry. There also is no heat in the bathrooms. The floors are slippery, especially at the entrance but there are no rugs or towels on which to wipe your feet or floor puddles. Wi-Fi only works in the living room - not the guest rooms. You cant sit in the living room to use it because there is no light.The living room set up is unsafe. you to have to walk along a path to the table and there is a 1 foot drop without a stair. In the dark with no light it is treacherous. There actually are stairs to the table but they are blocked by furniture. I left this place so angry.
