  : We were told we would get clean towels half way through and we would swap them for the used ones and they never came.

  : The property is in a great location, and the views are certainly the best feature of the apartment. The host was really friendly and it was easy to get the keys.
  : The apartment was VERY dated for the price we paid (which was a lot for the area), on top of that we were charged 2 euro fee for a cot per night, which was not mentioned on the booking page - not a massive amount of money but it felt silly to pay such a small fee after we already paid a lot for the night. The building has no lift and the place is on 3rd floor, so we had to drag a heavy baby pram up and down many times per day - again this fact was not mentioned on the booking page. I really like the views but I feel like we paid a lot of money for just that. The beds were pretty old, the ones in the guest room were in a bad shape and my mum woke up with a stiff back in the mornings. The check out was 10 AM, which was crazy early in the morning, you barely have time to finish breakfast and the owner came to see that we left on time.
