  : The hotel was extremely clean, 10 points for the housekeeper and all staff involved in hotel cleaning, linen etc.The hotel itself is beautiful, it's a rural cute stone made building, a proper mountain hotel. Just a few meters walking from Navacerrada main square where all restaurants are located.You don't need a car to get to know the village.If you come by car they let you park inside the hotel facilities for free (that is simply amazing).
  : I was carrying 2 heavy suitcases, the person in charge didn't offer any help after filling up the check in paper. I can't say the person was rude but I would have appreciated some help with my heavy luggage. The hotel doesn't have lift, our room was in the second floor so I had to manage the stairs all the way up carrying the suitcases.

  : Lovely little gem in the middle of nowhere, friendly staff, despite the fact that I did not speak much Spanish. very clean room and facilities, food simple but very very good. charming!!

  : Very well located, beautiful old building and very cosy environment.
  : The breakfast could have been self-service (instead they are the ones who serve you what exists). Also we asked for a double bed, but there was no alternative but to single beds - we already new when we booked but we asked if it was possible to change with no information after that.

  : Despite, or perhaps, because of, the dreadful weather, the exterior of the hotel was very welcoming and attractive. Inside, everything was scrupulously clean and the decor was just right for the style of building. The room was a little small, but warm and comfortable. The hotel is within easy reach of a number of good-looking restaurants (although most were closed the night we were there) and a short walk from the embalse (reservoir) and tracks up into the high hills.The breakfast was generous compared with many similar places, and good value.
  : The balcony area was lovely, but we couldn't actually see the embalse as advertised.... maybe the cloud was just too low.The staff were efficient and polite, but not all quite as welcoming as the building itself.
