  : It was a clean house but November was not a good time to visit the area as everything around was closed and it was very cold. The house was only prepared for summer. We couldnt use the pool or being out at all as it was very windy.

  : The pros of this apartment were: - close to the beach - close to the main street yet still quiet - close to shops - backyard spacious for a family - pool with net to so we could keep it clean - billiard to spend some time in the afternoon - outdoor table in the shades to enjoy a breakfast or lunch - water hose to clean your feet when coming back from the beach - air conditioner in every room - grill - big kitchen and living room - great communication - easy access - bus stop very close - relatively fast internet Altogether I think this is a great place for a reasonable price if you consider being close to the beach and to the main street as well, while you have the chance of enjoying a nice swimming pool to refresh.
  : The cons: - not every air conditioner works wit the same efficiency, but I guess that is because some are older than others - although the grilling space is very useful, there were not much tools to work with. Some fluid to light it up or a blower to help the burn, or wire brush to clean after grilling would have been useful. We bought the coal and lighters ourselves, which is fine but some tools could have made it better - there were no cleaning tablet or rinsing liquid for the dishwashing machine. This is inconvenient as it would only cost a couple euros but you cannot expect the guests buy a complete box for a 1-week stay. This should have been provided. - there was no washing gel for manual wash of dishes, so we had to buy one only to be able to clean the plates we used. - one soap dispenser was empty and the other contained very little soap. Again this is a pity because you don't want to buy it for just one week - there were only two rolls of toilet paper (1 in each bathroom) for 6 persons. This is not enough - WIFI password should be more visible as not everyone thinks of looking at the bottom of the router to find it - I mentioned fast internet, but the router is not strong enough so if you leave the living-room the WIFI signal is poor. - table tennis not really possible because the rackets are sticky if you hold them (they should be stored inside along with the balls, not outside in the sun - not enough space for playing billiard All in all I think this could be an amazing place with some small adjustments. The tools that I mentioned which were missing (like washing liquid, soap...etc) would cost around 30 EUR for a month to keep the provision on a good level. This is nothing compared to what a guest pays but it would definitely make the holiday more convenient, comfortable and professional at the same time.
