  : The rooms were a good size, the pool area was really nice (very cold) but pleasant.
  : There were mosquitos in our room, each time we went back they were there. We had no windows open at all. We were part of a party and quite a few other couples stayed and the same in their rooms. Check in took forever. There were only two/ three pairs ahead we must have waited 40minutes.

  : I loved the beautiful surroundings of this hotel. The mountain views were incredible and I really felt like we managed to escape the everyday madness of life by staying at this hotel. Both the indoor and outdoor pool facilities were exceptional, plenty of sunbeds in both the shade and the sun. The beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. Towels were replaced daily if required. The mini fridge in the room was helpful, and the bathroom was very nice.
  : Reception was helpful but it did depend who was on the desk at the time. The bar staff were lovely (Fransisco and Manuel in particular!) however some of their colleagues do let this down. Unfortunately the food at the hotel was poor. This would be the only real negative. We booked self-catering option but did try the breakfast and dinner on one day. Food was cold, and not much variety at all. It was disappointing. If the food was better, this hotel would not be far from perfect.

  : Had a 'pet friendly room' unintentionally, but OK.However, the room was on the front of the hotel, which suffered from vehicular related noises, together with very noisy holidaymakers on adjacent room.

  : We had a delightful couple of days at the hotel. Great location (we had a car) and the hotel itself is lovely. Front of house staff were great, bar staff not so much. Not very friendly, and let the place down.
