  : Generally clean and comfortable and the lunch and breakfast acceptable for the rate we paid.
  : I think if we had paid the normal rate, it would have been over priced. I do not think it is the four hotel it claims to be. Three yes, four no. The plans for our journey home changed, so we needed to change our reservation for that. This will be Saturday 28th October. We were a little disgruntled to learn that it would be 30 more, but a Saturday . . so be it. After I had confirmed and paid the extra amount (non refundable as per hotel's policy) I received an email informing me that there will be functions at the hotel that day so to expect noise from the festivities. Why was I not told this before I paid? I presume, it was obvious that I would not reserve a room for 30 more and be subjected to a lot of noise.When we checked out on Wednesday morning last week, the receptionist assured me that the night of Saturday 28th October a room distant from the 3 weddings had been allocated for us. I expect this to be the case. A room costing over 100 for one night MUST be clean, comfortable and quiet. We are elderly and need a peaceful night before a long journey.Weddings are happy, joyous, occasions. I have read reviews of your hotel and realise that the people celebrating seem to have had a wonderful time, but not so other guests. Please ensure that we do not fall into that latter category.

  : The room was very nice and clean. Spacious bathroom, very well presented.
  : Having paid for a premium room, we overlooked the car park, and a VERY busy road, with traffic going quite late, and commencing vey early the next morning. Although the glazed window did block the noise, it was not possible to have the window open. OK maybe for my visit but in summer, i dont think so. A premium room should have a better outlook. Also the hotel is somewhat isolated on the edge of town, a point not mentioned in the advertising.
