  : Nice apartman for a very good price, good view to the ocean from 3rd floor. Calm nights, no party place at close range. We arrived with night flight, so they left the key at a keysafe for us at the entrance. Personnel are helpful and kind. Great place for families. Originally we wanted to go to Teneriffe, because it was used to be said that there were more features there (and we were there already 15 years ago). Now, in 2023. june it is not true anymore: just see Pamelitos Park, Camello safaries, Banana Plantation (banana museum hacienda), Poema del Mar, Aqualand, volcano tours etc. on Gran Canaria. Everything is there for a very good vacation, except orcas.

  : Lots of building noise from the renovation work in other apartments, noise at night from the roads being resurfaced. Swimming had a leak and was shut for 1 day
