  : AC had a timer that goes off after three hours, which was very uncomfortable while sleeping in summerThe property was dirty, sofa in the living room, and the carpets were full of stains, we had to flip the cushions of the sofa so we could cover it with our towels to sit on itWere a group of three however, they provided us with only one key, and that was not practical in case we decided to go out or back to the apartment in diffrent timingsThe property contacted us after we checked out to inform us that they will take our deposit since they found the carpet and the sofa dirty, and we informed them that these stains were there since we arrived. I read some of the reviews, mentioning that they will do anything to take away your deposit and charge you for things that you were not responsible for ( please read reviews from other guests)It is very noisy at night, and even with earplugs we could not have restful sleep specially when the AC goes off .. please note there are two night clubs ( outdoor) located on the ground floor and you can hear noise all night and till morningProperty charge you for cleaning the apartment after you check out for the next guest and also charge you to clean the apartment before you check in.. never seen this anywhere before!! The washing machine was not working properly and is old and outdated

  : We were running a bit late due to the traffic; the welcome manager was very nice about it despite us agreeing a different time, he called for updates and waited at the agreed spot, then showed us around the place. The apartment is very nice and clean. The location (main reason to book it) is perfect for access to the promenade, cafes, and shops. Bedrooms are on a smaller side, but nothing too inconvenient.
  : We were worried it would be noisy (we knew how bad it gets in the area so were prepared), but with closing all windows in the apartment and doors from other bedrooms it was absolutely fine (comfy bed helped as well)! So this isn't a con of the stay, but just a note on potential noise (comes with the location). The only issue was that the advertised parking wasn't available, but we were warned in advance.

  : I doubt the company understands what luxury is. It is not only about a view from a rented property or a size of it. It is also about customer service, cleanness of rented properties and overall experience.There are many ways of handling difficult situations. One way is to call a customer, show an interest and empathy, and seek for the best solution in an unexpected situation.I had two criteria for a holiday apartment. Must have a great sea view and must be clean. Neither of these criteria were fulfilled by the company. Both apartments, although with a potential to be either above average or luxurious, were not cleaned to the high standards as per the pictures on the advert. The apartment I booked was located just next to an apartment that was going through a full renovation. It was so noisy that one could not hear ones own thoughts. On my second day of holiday, I was relocated to an apartment located above a garage entrance, facing a main street and a gas station. Even though facilities in the entire building were spotless, the apartment did not live up to the high standards one expects for the price and the luxury experience promised by the advert. Instead of sending a cleaning service, Mr. Rodrigues, owner of the company, over several messages, tried to offend me by writing that I am uneducated, disrespectful, unfriendly, etc. He has never bothered to call, apologize for my inconvenience and check the situation, he rather preferred to send offending and arrogant messages. This lack of customer empathy is also visible in the way his staff refused to take any responsibility or show any care for the customer. Certainly I do not recommend it. There are many other local agencies that offer much better rental services.
