  : Great area, great facilities, pools, sport facilities, great for the kids in general. Clean and greenery , close to a very nice beach. 2 restaurants, nice little supermarket with a lot of items. perfect for a family vacation

  : Booked for a wedding by mistake instead of another Marriott where the wedding was taking place. I accept the booking was no cancellation, but I realised my mistake and asked the hotel to change my booking to another Marriott many months before the day. I thought they would understand it was a mistake and I had to be at the other hotel for the wedding. They refused, even though it was an honest mistake and months beforehand, and even though all I wanted to do was change to another Marriott hotel 25mins away! Think carefully before booking this hotel as staff is unhelpful and they obviously take advantage of honest mistakes.

  : The property is well maintained and the staff very friendly
  : The indoor pools are small and the facilities pretty basic. For this price, you should not have plastic chairs and plastic lounge chairs. I feel for what you pay, it is not really high end luxury.

  : Well managed resort. Chosen as it is considered safe in an area plagued by gang violence. Quite busy as it appeared to be half term for German, Dutch, and Scandinavian children. Very quiet. No bad behaviour, Pool area was immaculate with plenty of room to find a spot to relax. Chill bar very comfortable with good service. Room fire alarm went off one night because of a fault. Next day given a voucher for two free breakfasts in El Med restaurant worth 46. Nice touch. Excellent snack food and impeccable service in Charles bar later in the evening. Friendly daily cleaning service kept the apartment in perfect order. Reception staff always friendly and helpful.
