  : It consists of 11 apartments managed by the company within a large residential complex There are no restaurants or bars, and there is a beautiful swimming pool, but it is not allowed to bring drinks or food There is excellent, free and secured parking, and the complex in general is very, very secure The location of the complex is very wonderful, very close to the beach and restaurants, a five-minute walk, and Puerto Banus can be reached on foot within a quarter of an hour, or by car in five minutes. As for the apartment, it was wonderful, the level of furniture and equipment was very excellent, and it was also a suitable size for an average family. I thank Mrs. Carmen for her good treatment, quick response, and assistance when needed
  : The issue of quiet is exaggerated from 10 pm until 10 am, so much so that you cannot sit on the balcony after this time, and also not allowing drinks to be brought to the pool area, but other than that, it is wonderful.

  : The property is spacious and modern. It has a large pool. It was quiet and relaxing, whilst only being a 10 minute walk from the marbella marina.

  : Upon arrival we called the contact person and she met us at the front entrance to handover the keys and to show us the parking spot in the (spacious) garage as well as the apartment. All further communications was via Whatsapp. The contact person always responded quickly. The 2 BR penthouse is very large, including a huge terrace. WIFI was fast and we did not really had any noise issues from neighbors. You do hear the elevator go up and down (our apartment was just opposite of the elevator, other apartments may not even hear it), but that wasn't very disturbing. There was also some building work done across the street, but also that wasn`t very loud. The area itself is quiet and it takes less than 5 min walk to the beach where there is the Mistral Beach club. To Puerto Banus it's about 20 min walk. The parking garage is handy because parking outside is very hard. Exiting the garage is a bit tricky/steep. The aircon in the apartment was able to keep the whole place cool, unfortunately it wasn't possible to control the rooms individually.
  : There was only one towel available for each person for 10 days.. New towels could be requested via WhatsApp and were brought quickly. However it would have been easier if there were more towels available instead of asking for them. And while the penthouse is huge, it's showing it's age already. It's from 2005 and some refurbishing is really needed! The door in the main bathroom of our apartment has seen so much water that it is half rotten. Both showers are leaking massively. And the kitchen lacks some proper cooking equipment, i.e. we baked eggs there was no kitchen tools to flip the egg. As you can see from the photo's also the door in the building hallway was rusty and broken, sunscreen on the hallway was torned. And one day the concrete ceiling above the door in the corridor fell down. Luckily no one was hurt by this. The biggest issue we had was with the pool. There are not enough beds (and the ones that are there are rocket hard, no pillows or cushions). There are zero umbrella's, shade can only be found under trees. And the major issue was the lifeguard. He sits on his chair all day looking out for people to tell them what not to do. And let me tell you, you can only swim. Nothing else. So no eating, no drinking, no jumping. This guy is a rock star micro manager. One day a young couple with a toddler threw away a diaper in a waste bin and the life guard came after them to request them to take out the diaper from the waste bin and to take it with them. How ridiculous. What are waste bins for?? I see in all comments from the Mimomas Suites Banus that this lifeguard is following the rules set by the owners association, but Mimosas Suites Banus is also part of the owners association and they should in general really re-consider these rules and especially dump the crappy lifeguard. The apartment itself was really nice, but the owner should really update the apartment to the 2023 standards (and dump the lifeguard).
