  : Cancellation did not go through the booking card, you need to pay on the spot. Not all rooms have windows and the location of the hotel is very inconvenient

  : I think didn't pay attention to the fact that the Hotel is a 24h Hotel means, that it might get noisier during the night, which was definitely my case. I couldn't really sleep as the walls are pretty thin and you have the impression someone wants to open your door, but actually is just the neighbour. The staff is really friendly and helps you out with all kind of questions. My room was tidy but small, BUT! Pay attention when you book a room, as some of the rooms have no windows, and you might have trouble sleeping as you will only find a AC to compensate the no-window situation. Location: Not to far from Marbella old town, driving up the streets you immediately have the impression to be in an area you probably wouldn't choose: as a tourist, who wants to have at the beach. It's an industrial area. They have a really nice rooftop, but as the building has only 2 floors, you don't get to see so much from it, but can image to be nice during summer times. P.S I was impressed by the nice light system on the stairs to the rooftop

  : Staff were very kind and friendly, chaty and always smiling. I asked for an Iron for the clothes and got one straight away. Room was small, but clean and confortable.
  : The noise!! There isnt much noise insulation. And unfortunately, with our bad luck, at 5am a group of 4 or 5 drunk people arrived and decided to continue the party in their rooms and in the corredor, laughing, screaming, etc. No need to say that between 5am and 7am we didnt sleep at all ! the noise was almost as if there were no doors or walls.

  : Nothing.
  : It was the worst hotel experience. We couldn't sleep due to "No sound isolation" in rooms. You can hear all snoring, fart, all braying sounds, but the worst was drunken chatter that never stopped until 5am. These sounds are all coming from other rooms in the hotel. t is like that you have to sleep with all people in the same room.As a Bonus, you were not alone in the room, some cockroach made company to us in the room.
