  : Beautiful grounds: The hotel grounds are lovely and well-maintained. (Although a bit close to the highway.) Breakfast selection: For a boutique hotel, the breakfast options were plenty and delicious. Bathroom layout: Having a separate toilet room was a nice touch. Overall Impression: This hotel has the potential to be a fantastic stay in Marbella. The staff were mostly friendly, and the breakfast was very good. However, there are some areas that could be improved to justify the 5-star rating and higher pricing, especially considering the amenities offered by other luxury resorts in the area.
  : Location: While the gardens were nice, I was expecting a more expansive green space based on the online photos. The location near the highway meant you could hear this from the room. Access: Stairs (no elevator) to accommodation made departure with luggage a challenge. Limited Heating: The air conditioning unit lacked a heating option, leaving me uncomfortably cold during a couple of cooler evenings. Though the staff provided a portable heater, it wasn't very effective and I became sick. Poolside service: For a 5-star property, it would be great to have staff at the pool bar offering service at the poolside cabanas. Fitness center: The outdoor fitness center felt below the standard expected at a 5-star resort. Repetitive music: The constant repetition of the same music throughout the resort became tiresome. Value for money: While the cost for Easter week was reasonable, the lack of amenities compared to other 5-star hotels in the area (particularly during peak season) makes the higher summer rates which go above 400/night difficult to justify. Limited amenities: Compared to other 4 or 5-star options in Marbella (e.g. Anantara, Nobu, Iberostar etc) which have features like a spa, multiple pools, beach access, etc., this hotel felt limited, especially considering the price point.
