  : The only think i liked was the service of the night staff. He was a male staff , didnt manage to get his name but he was very helpful and polite.
  : Let's start of with the internal design nothing like the ad pictures. They have taken a picture of a wall which is nice and they missed out the rest. Staff were very moody and not friendly at all except for one male staff that tends to do nights. You ask them a question and they always claim not to know or are very dismissive not willing to help at all!! The room was way smaller than what was shown in the pictures. Room was dirty, poo stains on the toilette which I had to clean. Food was horrendous, not much options and very repetitive. Food wasn't fresh, crossoints were rock hard, pizza were left over for snacks and was rock hard. Options was very limited, no taste at all in food. Cocktails was awful and undrinkable. I know we got all inclusive but for the money we paid, we should have at least received decent food because we then didnt eat at the hotel again and had to find elsewhere.

  : Perfect location, just in front of the train station. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants and beach
  : The room was so dirty to be honest. Bathroom was so dirty.

  : The hotels location is good and is right beside train station if you wished to travel further afield during stay.Rooms were basic but clean.Budget hotel , overall was an OK stay .
  : Our triple room had only 2 sockets which is not ideal, no hairdryer or kettle in rooms. The 3rd bed was not made up wed to find a staff member to go get us sheets and towels etc The pool is shaded all the time not ideal if your a sunsoaker.While the food was OK , something for everyone it was always cold.There is not enough tables and chairs in the bar area we struggled to find a seat every evening and were here in Oct so imagine be worse in peak season.
