  : Good location, friendly service staff, mini kitchen and utensils, convenient hot water, strong water output, clean towels, the air conditioner can be cool, and the toothbrushes provided are moderately soft and hard. The location is in the fancy and safe area of town. There are many good restaurants surrounding the hotel. There is a bus stop directly from the city to the airport which is just a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the hotel.Please note that the water and coke in the refrigerator are free and will be replenished every day.
  : There was a problem with their check-in system, which resulted in our reserved room number being mistakenly occupied by the other guests. The hair dryer was hung on the wall, which was a little inconvenient. The kitchen did not provide dishwashing liquid or spatulas, so we had to ask the cleaning staff to clean it, but the staff didn't put things back in their place. Some supplies were missing from the service station, and there were no tea bags or hot water kettles. Although the air condition was very cool, once the air condition temperature control had an issue. Luckily the staff quickly resolved the AC problem in less than five minutes.

  : At the time of check out the reception told me to pay for the broken tv . Which i did not use during my stay .. and they ask me to pay more than 500 euros .. when i asked them where is the broken tv they said it was already replaced .. and the broken part was in the back of the tv .. after long argument and spoiling my day .. and having no proof of me doing the damage .. we left the hotel

  : The hotel is perfect for families, I travel with my little one and the kitchen feature safe us at lunch, we were able to keep the food in the fridge and warm up the food when we need it. I love it. The space in the room is also super comfortable for the kids to play around. Amazing. We will return.
