  : It was difficult to find in a residential area- not a hotel like we thought. The bed was a double mattress on a single bad so it was a bit unstable

  : The landlord was very disrespectful and made us wait at the door. The house was very dirty. All the furniture in the house was very old and not useful. Definitely do not stay. It's not even worth 1 euro. It would be more comfortable to stay on the street. There are no refunds or date changes because the house is very bad.

  : The television had a lot of channels
  : Recited a lot of rules, said we would be charged $10 more if we were late, we didnt stop for food after a ten hour bus ride to meet the agreed time and he wasnt there, had to call. Mattress old and toilet outside of room had to lift tank lid to fix. Paid way too much for this dormitory room.

  : This is not a hotel but a shared apartment complex. You are given 1 roll of toilet paper so you better make it last. The bathroom has no extractor fan so your room is going to smell like poo. The airconditioning is a fan. When we showed up the keys that were supposed to be given to us were not there so the guy who let us in had to give us his. When we came back that night after dinner one of the 4 keys we were given was not working. Thankfully there was someone else in the apartment and let us in. Even he tried the key and couldn't get it to work. After messaging them about the key they called back telling me I just had to jiggle it to get it to work. The next morning I messaged and phoned to try to get someone out to deal with the key problem but got no response from either phone calls or messages. Thankfully we managed to get the key to work that night coming home. All of it just felt off. Avoid staying here!

  : the bathroom always smelled of tobacco and had no extractor fan & no toilet paper.

  : The location was perfect: walked from Atocha station (where the bus from airport arrives), and there are two metro stations within 5-10 mins walk, from which you can go directly to the city center (like Sol square). Although we walked there :) Major museums are close as well. The main plus is that it was chill enough in the apartment, because it was +35C almost every day during our stay.
  : Wi-Fi was not stable, kept loosing signal, reboot helped, but had to do it almost everyday. Keys were a bit tricky, but you get used to it.
