  : I made my reservations about a month in advance. I am travelling solo on vacation. I was given a room on the ground floor next to 24 hour reception. I had intitially asked for a room on a higher floor. Was not expecting that i would be receiving a room on the ground floor next to an office and reception where traffic is heavy! I asked for a different room and was told that the hotel was fully booked. Was it fully booked within the last 4 weeks prior to my arrival? No one should be put in that room. The noise day and night was unacceptable! I believe that I was given that room because 1) i am a woman travelling solo and for vacation and only staying 1 night. I arrived at the airport very tired and very upset that i would be given the worse room in the hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again!

  : There was no shelf in the bathroom to hold toiletries.

  : great location clean and helpful staff.
  : I had the ground floor room - a bit noisy and you can hear everyone checking in and out - too close to the concierge. they need to fix the soundproof.
