  : The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a walk in shower and worked very well, great water pressure. Check in was easy and we had a lovely breakfast. My companion is coeliac, there was a choice limited to the cooked breakfast and fruit, no choice of baked goods or gluten free bread
  : We visited on a sunny Spring day, and the room was very dark, even with the curtains open. This is because the windows faced an enclosed patio/ ventilation shaft? which was dirty and covered in pigeon droppings. In the end we kept the window closed at all times to save us the view. I can only recommend this type of room to someone who needs a quiet space and needs the dark to sleep and not too bothered about natural light. Bathroom: the shower worked very well and the bathroom was bright and well equipped, however the glass door didn't fully close (it seemed to be stuck against the floor tiles), a bit of an issue with privacy to use the bathroom with the door half open. If we visit again, we'll ensure we are allocated a room with a view to the main street. It felt unfair that we paid the same price for this room as some of the brighter rooms that faced the street.

  : This hotel is easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. The beds were comfortable and they have family rooms that easily accommodate a family of 4. Our teenagers were thrilled to be in bunk beds instead of sharing a queen. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
  : The room was small with very little seating. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't much of a problem. The room needed to be aired out when we arrived - we were able to open a window, but it was noisy.

  : hotel is very old and need maintenance and renovation.room was not clean, there was dust falling when I moved the curtain .old furniture with a lot of defects .bathroom was not comfortable , no place to hanf the towels near the bath.bathroom door cannot be closed .
