  : Location and the breakfast which was very good and surpassed my expectations. The bedrooms were very clean and everyday they changed the towels and did the beds. The employees were very kind and helpful.
  : Rooms are smaller than expected. The hotel needs improvements to the premises. Give Importance for the improvements at the bedrooms, including doors, and floors. Also, cleaning of the elevators areas and painting walls and doors . Do to the public transit limitations around the Puerta del Sol area, the hotel is not giving taxi callings.

  : The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was central to the tourist action. Daily cleaning felt luxurious. The breakfast buffet had healthy and varied options!

  : Location was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Our room had 3 balconies. The room was great. The bathroom was big had jet shower and tub. Every thing - shopping, food, transport, local food market was nearby. We could not have asked for more.

  : Laura, who checked us in, was exceptionally friendly, helpful (e.g. where to buy local sim card, directions, tourist attractions, etc) and made us felt welcomed right from the start. Glyza and Azral, the ladies at breakfast salon were awesome, efficient, attentive and always had a smile for the guests. Truly a five star service from both ladies. Breakfast spread exceeded our expectations and it was something we looked forward to each morning. We also couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of Madrid's historical center (yet quiet and tranquil inside the hotel) and walking distance to almost all the tourist attractions as well as to Metro stations. If ever we return to Madrid, we would opt to stay in this hotel.
  : Room size and bathroom were really "petite"/small. We wanted two beds but got only a queen bed. Not much space to navigate for two occupants.
