: Nice book collection and cheerful dcor! Please note that if you have a lot of luggage you need to take quite a few stairs to access the elevator (this wasnt mentioned in the apartment description at the time of booking). There is a wheelchair lift to the elevator, but I was told it wasnt to be used for transporting luggage.
: Using the toilet was quite uncomfortable as due to the toilet seat being improperly fitted at an angle, most of the rim was exposed. It felt very cramped and the toilet could have been better cleaned. Shower pressure was low and water would still get on the floor; it was also not that easy to adjust the shower temperature. Communications from the agency that manages the apartment were excessive; the focus should have been more on communications that guests would really find valuable, for example: clearer instructions on how to operate the heating-system control on the wall and better communication with the on-site team about checking the radiators before check-in so that guests wouldnt have to spend a night in freezing Madrid without heat. A fair amount of neighbor noise could be heard. Cleanliness of the apartment definitely needs to be improved and the cleaning staff need to be given more time as it felt like the apartment was prepared in a rush. The bed linen did not look as clean as it should have and the mattress pad was placed between the top sheet and bottom sheet.

: Very good location, few minutes from bus station which connects you to the city centre. Comunication with the host was good as well.Living room, bathroom and kitchen with all its facilities were excellent.
: Our first night, we found hair and some crumbs on the bed which is supposed to be cleaned before arrival. Thats our biggest complaint.Except that, tiles in all the apartment were greasy, we saw few bugs as well and bedroom is so small that I would not not reccomend it for claustrophobic people. And I am not exaggerating, it barely has 1,5 square meters to get out of bed; next step is already in the living room.
