  : Digital lock was a nightmare, had to try 3-4 times to make it open the door everytime. Loud groups milling around the shops downstairs, fighting/screaming every night with passers-by

  : The only good about the apartment we stayed Calle Jess y Mara 8, 1DRCH. Madrid (28012) is the good location for foods and tourist spot.
  : We arrived at 10pm and the door lock was broken, we managed to open it but it wont lock, we feel we are not safe, call them and said it will take 40 minutes the person will arrived to fix it but it took more than an hour we are waiting and hungry and tired from our travel, but the person they sent cant fix on that time he needs time and will come back next day, so they left us our door open wont lock we sleep on our first night not safe and we are all girls, our first night is not a good night. We cant sleep well thinking our door is not lock. The door first bedroom glass is shuttered they just put a plastic on it, the single room smells cigarettes, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights and 7 girls, not enough toiletries, only 1 pod for dishwasher, no chopping board, no coffee, tea, sugar. Chairs for dinning table are wobbly, needs to refresh the whole apartment as the paint are all tired and dirty, no kitchen towel, only 2 plastic bags for rubbish bin for 5 nights?? Not enough. Lampshade in the lounge are broken. And they fix the door the next day. I havent heard a sorry word from them the inconvenience we experienced for our stayed.

  : I read reviews that had issues with the key app and thought it might have been folks not as familiar with tech, but we faced way more problems than that. Shocked by what occurred in a 3 day stay:1. Guests were locked out two nights in a row for several hours in the rain in the evening - despite calling customer service for assistance. This was due to an electrical issue, but instead of getting me on the phone to reset the circuit breaker, they did nothing. Several rooms were locked out, and we literally had to figure out where everything was and reset it on our way. For this to happen two nights in a row is unacceptable when the issue is known. 2. No hot waters for almost 12 hours - we had to call customer service twice.3. Slow internet - if the TV was streaming, all other devices were unstable (and TV streaming was slow)4. The app to get your key is BUGGY. Entering in private information in an app with so many bugs does not inspire security confidence. 5. When I reached out to after the trip to the hotel, I was ignored. When I reached out to booking, they said the hotel told them they already responded to me. A shocking lie. Ive never written a bad review as I dislike to harm businesses and only generally positive ones, but you need to know what youre getting yourself into. This place warranted a bad review.
