  : Comfortable beds and shower. Large space and nice kitchen. Very clean apartment. In a fantastic area! The office team were very helpful and answered all the questions we had about finding the apartment.
  : We had a few issues which were disappointing.1. Bathroom door would not shut/lock. We called on day 1 to have this fixed but it wasn't during our 3 night stay. 2. Basement location meant it was very loud when guests/residents came in and out of the apartment. The noise travelled into the back bedroom away from the door at all hours. Not sure how this can be resolved. 3. The apartments are not numbered so we spent a long time trying to locate apartment #1. We had to call the offixe and speak with other guests before figuring out we were in the basement as not clear on booking.com. 4. Using the app for the door key was challenging. We had a local sim card but would be challenging if you did not have this. 5. The 200 deposit wasn't clear until after we booked and paid for the room. Maybe we missed this info when booking. 6. For 3 nights stay for 3 ppl, and we were provided 1.5 toilet paper and 1 set of Bathroom toiletries for 1 person. It was advertised as providing this and we ended up buying a ton of loo roll. 7. There has been damp (visible as paint pealing off the wall in the living room) in the apartment and it smelled. The AC helped to clear the smell up. 8. The AC is limited to the living room/kitchen area. Fans in the bedroom would have been nice - it was very warm, even with window open. I hope this feedback is helpful to the company to make improvements.

  : Water in the shower was incredibly hot and cold. Plus, the water temperature kept changing. Walls were thin so lots of noise at night and in the morning

  : The property uses a user-friendly app which contains all the information related to the property (including entrance to the property) and Spain in general. The place was clean, with air conditioning in all the rooms., though AC in some bedrooms was not working at its best. Good location, lots of good tapa bars and breakfast places around.
  : We were promised that a technician will come to repair the broken toilet seat, but nobody came. This was not a bis issue though. Difficult to find a place for parking if you are not a local resident.

  : Be very careful to book this apartment, they will ask you for a damage deposit of 200 euro and after that they promis you in their terms and conditions that you will be refunded with your security / damage deposit within 7 - 10 days of the check out date. But here I am more than one month and a half, and i am still chasing them and no reply from anyone. Sending them direct email and also through booking. Very bad experience.

  : location is good
  : We arrived at midnight and found the facilities were lack of maintenance. The shower was leaking and the water boiler is broken. And I was told to pay the damage deposit, when I was really mad because these are already broken and we had bad experience there.

  : the location was fine however we found a bit of complications with how to access the apartment. in addition, the apartment is not worth the amount paid. It was a basement apartment composed of three separate bedrooms and one bathroom.
