  : Amazing location, so easy to get to and so close to the centre but in a quieter location. Felt very safe. Property was clean and accurate to the pictures.
  : The app that we used to get in worked the majority of the time but the last day of our stay failed to let us in twice - which was fine as other people in the building let us in but could have been annoying if it was later at night.

  : Lovely atmosphere. Very comfortable bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Very good location, close to key places in central Madrid, restaurants, shops and close to transport options. Loved this apartment.
  : Too much noise from neighbours, mainly upstairs. Also the digital lock was something we were not used to, difficult for elderly people and sometimes made noises as though someone was trying to open the door but we were all inside.

  : It is a good property in a great location.
  : There was construction work from 8am-8pm the 3 mornings of our stay (Monday-Wednesday) which made it impossible to get any sleep from then on. We paid a deposit of 200 which we lost for damages and a supposed party that we had. The police were informed of a party at our apartment on the Sunday night, which there was not. They arrived and we explained it was just ourselves and there was no party. The police left as they were satisfied there was no party. The next day 2 staff from arrived to tell us we had to leave as we had a party. Again we explained our case and they asked to inspect the apartment. They were satisfied the apartment was spotless as there was no party. The property have kept our 200 deposit and sent me the below pictures of damages and excessive rubbish for a 3 night stay which they had to dispose of out of hours. I dont think a crooked lamp shade that can clearly be adjusted, or some neatly tidied rubbish warrants a loss for damages. The property are not helpful in resloving the issue in a civil manner and return our money, so Ive had to post this honest review. It seems they would have kept our deposit regardless, when they have cited damages being the lamp and excessive rubbish, which Im not sure where we were to dispose of it.
