  : We booked for the swimming pool because it is also a 5 star hotel, but they only open it from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm and it is impossible to swim in the sun at that times. We were not able to swim in the mornings nor in the evenings

  : The design of each floor is surprising. That's it.
  : They gave us a dirty room with a stained carpet, a broken cupboard, and it was very small. I complained, and they gave me another room with exactly the same issues. I had to be very firm at the reception for them to try to find something more suitable, which they finally did. This is not the experience I would expect in a 5-star hotel.Additionally, they hold private events constantly, so the main bar is usually closed for these events, and you can't access it. My father was having a drink there, and at one point, a lot of people arrived, and he was rudely told to leave because a private event was starting.Also, I wanted to enjoy the swimming pool, but it was surrounded by people from the event, and I didn't feel comfortable at all, so I had to pass.

  : We stayed in one of the Zaha Hadid designed rooms, which was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and staff were helpful.
  : The services could have been better for a 5 star hotel. We expected to be able to use the hotel facilities such as the rooftop bar and swimming pool however the rooftop bar was not open on the days we were there and the pool was only open from noon to 7pm. The bar that was open closed at 11.30pm which seemed very early for a hotel bar.

  : The check in was efficient and even though the card machine was faulty the staff handled it well. The bell captain including the staff at the porch, main door and the luggage handling were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The room and toilets were clean on arrival.
  : The location is only good if you have an overnight halt from the airport as its only 10 min from there. Its at least 20-25 min from the city centre by cab and no other connectivity from the hotel. The other main issue : design of the hotel floors is only for the sake of design and not comfort or use. The vertical curtains make a horrible sound while going up/down. All lights switch off / on with one switch. As each floor is a different design and we were on the 3rd a dark/black floor it was gloomy. I checked another floor with housekeeping, and it was equally ridiculous comfort wise. No coffee/ tea kettle in the room with zero amenities. Very poor quality toiletries, the toilet sink is flat bottomed which collects water before getting drained. No English TV channels. The fixed furniture in the room very impractical.
