  : Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, good desk. Wifi and lift worked well. Good double glazing which efficiently blocks street noise. Good air conditioning. I'll stay there again.
  : Breakfast was basic, in the very noisy public bar next door. Staff there look like they despise visitors, serving you casually while chatting to locals. I asked for the fruit option and was told: "no fruit, too late", at 8:30am!

  : I went not expecting much but I really liked it, the location was next to IFEMA and the metro was close by, 25 minutes by metro to the historical center. There were plenty of stores next to the hotel so it was easy to by anything that I need or grab a bite

  : The rooms are perfectly adequate and well presented TV was pointless but for me not important.
  : No mini bar or water provided. I asked at night reception as I had arrived that evening and was told only from a vending machine - the vending machine was archaic and only took cash coins - in todays world of Apple pay etc coins are not something I get handed or carry. I asked reception to charge my room - but they did not have any cash coins - nor could they supply any water and charge my room, no tea or coffee machine in room either. I made my feelings to the night receptionist and from that moment onwards every night when I returned to the hotel and went to my room my room key failed to work and I had to return downstairs to the same night receptionist who appeared really smug … paranoid or just x4times unlucky with room key ?The cafe adjacent to the hotel does not open Sundays and there was nothing open within a 10minute walk of the hotel to grab a coffee etc for breakfast. I appreciate it’s only a 2star and I was not expecting a lot but if as a 2star you are charging 165 per night then offering guests basic water in the room or from reception when you have no in house kitchen / bar / restaurant facilities would not take a massive leap in logistics / customer service and would have been appreciated from a customers point of view.
