  : There is no place to offload or onload luggage from your car. Entrance is in a narrow 1-way street. There is a parking garage close by at 28 Euro for 24 hours. The Gran Central suites website say 20 Euros. We were on the second floor of a building with no lift. The stairs were creakingly treacherous - not for over 60's. No view. The "suite" was tiny and the double bed pushed up against the side wall, making it impossible for 2 people to use. The sofa bed was plain awful and dominated the room when opened. Mattress impossible to sleep on. There was no view and the noise from comings and goings at night - security lights going on and off - made it impossible to sleep. The staff were polite and helpful and moved us across the road to a much better apartment which had a lift. If you book here I advise you to make sure you are in the building with the lift. I'm not sure whether the rates vary between the 2 blocks. Upon our written complaint, we were refunded one day's charge and not charged for leaving 1 day erlier.

  : The personalized service from Alejandro and Vi. The location - During the day it looked uninteresting and quiet but after 7pm it was amazing. It was safe and close to coffee and food. Laundromat just around the road. No noise at night in the room.
