  : Although nothing could compensate for the dishonesty in the representation of this apartment, the position was great. Close to the museums, theatres, restuarants with an active and vibrant street life. Wifi was good.
  : Communicationg with the manager was frustrating and fruitless. We were advised that we had a room with a courtyard view. We did not receive this and I later discovered there was in fact no courtyard to view or otherwise enjoy. We also lacked other items that were listed as facilities in our room; such as a balcony, a desk, a kettle. The rooms smelt of white king but there was mould in the shower basin. There are unmet expectations and there is being lied to; I think this was the later. Madrid is a wonderful city and enjoying it was paramount to us. We tried to communicate, failed and accepted our lot to get on with our holiday.

  : The staff were very helpful and allowed me to store my luggage there after I checked out.
  : The accommodation is located in a busy area of Madrid and yes, it is noisy but the room is insulated and the noise from the street didn't stop me from sleeping soundly.
