  : A high fine is charged if you are late for check-in. In addition, pay attention to the amount of the deposit they ask for, which you get back only after you leave. In my opinion, the value is not worth the price

  : Location is fantastic. Nearby subway station Bilbao. surrounded by bars and restaurants. Carrefour bio and lidl are around the corner. enough storage for your luggage, they provide more than enough towels and a lot of coat hangers which is rare! You get a starter pack with soap, shampoo and more handy stuff. WiFi is fast!
  : Apparently I booked the studio instead of the 2 rooms apartment. The studio is on the first floor but it feels like a basement. There is one small window which doesnt give enough daylight, which means you are in electrical light all day long. its also difficult to ventilate the room properly. The window looks out on a inner court, which is more a light shaft and most of the time the smell which comes from it is not nice. All above combined with a noisy refrigerator resulted in not sleeping well during my stay.
