  : The place is furnished good
  : The Parking in the underneath garage required a remote but was not given to us. So we had to wait for someone to go in and out. On the second day the owner gave us a not working remote. WhateverThe windows in the apartment not properly sealed. The cold wind was coming in from the glass. Wind sound was also very annoying espescially at night. The downstairs toilet does not flush. We had to use the one upstairs all the time. Owner said it will be fixed on the second day but no one came.The last night was the worst. After a day of going around madrid we returned in the apartment swithed on the cooker to make some boiled water for coffee (bdw no proper kettle) the electricity went all off. We contacted the owner but no reply... We had to stay a whole night and morning without electricity. We could not even charge the devices which nowadays are so important even to go from one place to another with gps.One of the worst experiences while on holiday.The owner simply answered to all this with a sorry and told me to leave the keys in a letterbox!!

  : Really liked the location, more of a industrial area so not a lot of things around, but if you have your own car its really good( has its own parking spot), in around 15~20 mins you can easily get anywhere, there is a few shops in 10 mins or less so it is good placement
  : Not having extra towels, very few toilet paper
