  : -excellent location -a bit noisy but we got earplugs at the accommodation -super friendly staff -good wifi in the room -no problem with cleaning -old building from 1816 -walking distance to Prado and Thyssen Museum -many restaurants and fast foods nearby, but also minimarkets with normal prices
  : -the hostel is located on the 4th floor and although there is an elevator, it stops between floors, I traveled with an elderly person and this inconvenience was felt, -we occupied a room with 2 twin beds overlooking the main pedestrian street, I didn't like the unusable balcony occupied by the external AC and ventilation unit on several rooms that started at night. Overall, we didn't really have a place to dry the towels used in the bathroom. -from the street level you no longer have internet, I tried to order Uber from the street and I couldn't, I had to go back up

  : The lady at the reception was gentle and helpful
  : The room was really rundown . Too small for 3 people. Bathroom toilet had almost no room to pass by. Toilet was not glue to the floor. The windows shades did not work . So sun and lights all night.
