  : This hotel has a great central location on Gran Via. It has a nice bar at the lobby.
  : What I did not like is that we booked a family room and at the moment at the check in (around 8 pm) when we went up in the room it was ok-ish temperature wise. I left the room card in the place to have cold temperature after returning from dinner and at the time we returned at the room atound 11 pm in our room that had selected 18 degrees it was hotter than outside in the hallway! I waited some time in the expectance of cooling off the room with no luck, I tried to open the window (eventho the outside temperature at that hour it was 27 degrees celcius) the window was in a backyard with no fresh air...so horrible. I called the reception....the bell boy came up...tried to fix it...ONCE...no luck said to wait a little.... I went after another 30 min back to the reception....this time the receptionist came up....NO LUCK Third time the bell boy cames up again with no luck... I asked them to find me another room and move us....THEY SAID that no rooms were available....and I asked for a refund because the room was 900 euro for 2 nights....NO LUCK obviously! I tryed to book another room at a different hotel and it was like 2000 -4000 euro for the two nights...so.... at one point they offered to bring us a fan to make some chilly air atleast...we manneged to sleep that night. What I want to bring up to your attention is not to book at this hotel! The management did not try to give us not even appologies not to mention that they have should refunded that night since it was a horrible experience for us! SO NEVER AGAIN THIS HOTEL!
