  : The position is excellent! The nearby metro station (3-5 minutes) is connected to a circular line and to two lines, which go through the very center of the city. All the three lines are connected to the metro line to the airport. There are several cafeterias to have a breakfast, bars to have a drink, supermarkets (including 24h) to buy food and drink of your choice.
  : Very noisy: the next building is under construction, the street is really narrow and dirty. Almost every night there were celebrating (e.g. singing) parties (may be, the nearby buildings host hostels). Upon arrival we paid for the stay to a housemaid and asked her about any option to keep our luggage after check out (late flight back). She didn't call to the office and suggested to ask them directly. I sent them several messages via booking.com without any reply (could simply say they have no options).

  : Tha facilities was a little deficient. For example there wasn't enough frying pan, blanket.

  : It looks nothing like the photos, it's smelt horri le, it was damp, the furniture needed throughing in a skip. The toilet leaked the list is endless

  : Location is the most important advantage of this apartment, it's 5 minutes away from the subway (Quatro Caminos metro station). Many restaurants, shops & fast foods nearby. Two heaters +AC available inside the apartment, useful for the cold season. Kitchen is fully equipped. Clothes washing machine available, we didn't used it, but it probably works and it's useful for longer stays. The responsible agent is very nice and provides all requested details & support when needed. (we had an issue with the water of the toilet, he sent someone to fix it immediately after we informed him about it)
  : The level of cleaning can be improved. The furniture in the kitchen is old and require maintenance & some fixing. The bathroom doesn't have an heater available, it's difficult to warm it, when it's cold outside. Additionally, the water heating system is not large enough to provide the total necessary quantity of warm water for a shower. We always finished the shower cleansing with cold water, even thus the shower time was around 5-7 minutes. My friend got cold during our stay because she needed to cleanse her hair & body with cold water every time she showered.

  : I like the whole apartment itself. Big, spacious, cozy, fast internet, consistent hot water, safe neighborhood, perfect location, very close to the metro station and the city center, the supermarket is just 3 minute walk down the street and the ambience inside is very good.
  : Everything was good, except for the fact that the kitchenware and utensils are greasy and dusty. As well as the sheets and pillows, it's a little dirty and smelly. Good thing I brought my own. And the thermostat made me dumb, it was cold inside the apartment the whole time and I had no idea how to operate it.Another thing, it would be nice if they would offer some condiments for their guests like a little oil, salt and pepper. But aside from that the rest are very good!
