  : location was great. spacious and well designed
  : Cleanness was poor. Floors were dusty, walls were constantly wet and there are humidity issues that show damage in the apartment. Not even enough glasses, cutlery or chairs for the five guests. We needed late check out one hour later and we were denied it, soon after receiving an automated message saying that we could request late check out if needed great location but the beautifully decorated apartment has seen better days.

  : The most positive was the location.Facilities good. We had to enter from the main door not as told by the host.Good size rooms.
  : One negative note is that the host doesn't speak English.Another is there were lots of ants.

  : Overall, it was a good stay. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk from Gran Via and Tribunal Station. The rooms were very big, the beds were also big and comfortable. It was fully equipped.
  : The water in the shower would go cold after about 5 mins. The bathroom was generally clean but there were a few ants around the sinks in both bathrooms. The apartment is on the ground floor so it can be quite noisy. The host didn't answer my message about late check out.

  : It was very spacious and clean. There was soap, an iron, and lots of towels provided. It was very close to Gran Via.Communicstion with the rep/owner was always very positive.
  : As the apartment is on the ground floor facing onto the street, there was noise from the bin collection and street cleaning around in the middle of the night.
