  : Owner not a pleasant person. Very abrupt attitude dealing with inquiries. If dont show up exact time tell her to meet for checkin, says wont wait past time and would have to go to different location for keys. My stay was for 2 weeks. When asked if there was maid or change of linens service she said.thats what the washing machine for. I told her I wasnt on vacation to do laundries. I did request a few extra towels which were delivered. Sheets never changed in 2 weeks. Also I informed her after a few days that large light over sofa table would flicker off but return for some hours once off overnight. I gave her 3 consecutive days Id be close in neighborhood if someone wanted to enter apt. No one ever contacted me those 3 days. I wanted to be there since my valuables exposed because no safety deposit box. Also, 48 hours before my arrival she insisted I pay $200 breakage security deposit or check in would be refused. Never written or discussed in original contract. I noticed it hadnt been refunded to my account after 3 days of leaving . I messaged and only then was credit issued to my cc account. Overall the worst owner experience Ive ever had . Great location and cozy, comfy apt.she just needs attitude adjustment!!!!

  : The location was ok
  : The apartment is not well maintained. They ask for deposit but it's already damaged. Not clean. Not enough Toilet paper and shower gel. Very poor managed. Still don't understand 200 deposit is for? I understand if was luxury flat but not poor quality. Floor and doors all scratched.
