  : A light filled spacious well equipped apartment in a good central location, on the whole we liked it very much.
  : The housekeeping needs to get better. The apartment is very clean but it was quite irritating not to get a hand towel per guest and that there was no kitchen towel of any kind, cloth or paper. Half dead house plants with brown leaves makes the place look less attractive than it really is.Only one limp pillow per bed isnt enough to rest comfortably or read in bed.

  : It is a very spacious, comfortable apartment, and with very modern decoration. It is actually quite comfy and very clean. For winter, it has some air conditioning that can be set to heating, although there were no instructions, and it was not that easy to set. The big table in the living room was good, easy to work from there as the WIFI was quite good. The location is easy to find and very close to the train station.
  : During our stay there was a bad smell in one of the rooms. I am not sure if it was due to a punctual problem, or is it permanent. The bedsheets and the towels could be just simply white to give a sense of more clean and neat service (they were colorfoul and looked quite old actually).

  : 1. Our accommodation was not the same as in the photos. The lady from the accommodation told us that there was a water leak in this apartment and so she gave us another one as a replacement. It turned out that the new accommodation was much less luxurious and beautiful than the one we had rented. In addition, no trash was available to us. We have to buy the garbage bags ourselves.2. The cleanliness in the apartment was not so great. Many corners have not been cleaned.3. There was a water leak in the new apartment too! We are changing apartments to give us a place where there is a leak too!4. The toilet flushed was working only one out of five times.5. On our last day at the apartment at 9 am there was no more water in the apartment! Indeed there was work in the building and the manager of our apartment did not even report this problem to us! The day of our flight, we couldn't even take a normal shower because there was more water in the whole building. We had to buy water from a local supermarket to at least wash our hair!6. Booking mentions that we can leave our luggage in the apartment office, however the company that gave us the apartment told us that we cannot leave luggage. We were outside with our luggage for 7 hours and I don't think that's normal.We have been waiting for an answer from you for more than three weeks now (whatsapp and booking). Despite the many unpleasant situations that happened to us during our stay in your accommodation, you did not offer anything. Moreover, booking.com also contacted you to find a solution and you did not bring any interest!!!

  : The apartment has a nice view and is within 15 minutes of walking to most locations
  : The key collection is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Not ideal after travelling, in the heat and with your bags. When we got to the lobby of the apartment we were told repeatedly by staff we were in the wrong location despite me pulling up the address from the booking.com website I messaged the property just over a month before our stay with a few queries including the airport service they offered, no one ever got back to me. We stayed Tuesday-Monday. I messaged the host on Thursday evening to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. I followed up again on Friday and was told they asked maintenance and the cleaners but no one had gone. We left Monday and no one came all weekend and I never heard back from our host. I ended up having to buy toilet paper and laundry detergent to wash our towels. There was no instructions on where to put our trash so we had it just bagged up sitting by our front door for the stay. We saw a cockroach in the hallway when we got off the elevator on one of the days during our stay. The location looks like it's right next to the beach but that is actually the harbour which is a massive port for cruises. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. Bring your own detergent, toilet paper and bin bags as the house supplies nothing. There was one hand towel for three people and three sinks (two bathroom sinks and once kitchen sink). No cloth or towel for the dishes even. The king bed is just two single beds pushed together

  : The property was spacious and really well decorated and laid out.
  : I think as a suggestion maybe to make people aware that there are two elevators for different sides and tell people which one to go on

  : Its a large and fully equipment apartment. It was clean and near to the beach and city! Airconditioning in the bedrooms as in the living room to keep you cool and comfy!
