  : Great location, washing machine and dishwasher, comfortable bed, AC to heat quite big flat
  : WiFi should be changed for more modern model. Internet disappeared several times per day. So, we had to reboot it all the time. Kitchen is unbelievable small, if you want to cook something. Shower equipment needs to be renewed also. Cleaners came 3 times per 28 days. First cleaning was perfect, next two times not even floor was wiped. So, I cleaned it myself.

  : The location was very central and apartment was spacious
  : We had notified the company on first day that the lights in main bathroom didnt work. I received a text to say this would be fixed the following day. This did not happen and despite notifying the organisation again a few days later and being told that this would be foxed this did not happen during our stay

  : Bad smell in guest room and in one of the bathroomsKitchen is very small, has no extras ( oil, salt, sponge, cleaning cloths, etc) and is very faraway from dining room( you need to cross all the apartment to reach it)Lights were broken in bathroom and corridor (they were fixed in the last night we stayed there)Curtains broken in living room (no views possible)Just one tab for the dish washerthere is no light switcher for the corridor close to the bedroom ( meaning you need to walk in the dark until entrance or living room to turn off or on the lights)Pillowcase not fitting (they were way too small)Laundry hack brokenWater tap in the kitchen brokenPersonally I found the bed not very comfortable (too soft)No heaters on the bathrooms (they were very cold in winter)Bedroom was so small that we need to leave our luggages (cabin) on the corridor. At least 1/3 of the wardrobe could not be used (doors could not be open because the lack of space)
