: Great place for reasonable price, but a little bit far from city center, then I would like.

: The studio was nice and big including the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were ok, and it was nice to have aircondition. Location-wise it was also pretty close to the center with good places to eat and shop.
: There was a weird smell, when we arrived, however, after turning on the aircondition it got better. The communication was quite difficult at times, first when asking for an early check-in, where we had to send 2 e-mails and a message on WhatsApp before we received a response. At the end, we didn't get an early check-in and had to wait 25 minutes at the place before getting the keys, although we were told that we could just write the guy when we were there. The check-out was also quite confusing as there might have been some misunderstanding, so we waited 45 minutes as we thought that we had to deliver the keys in person after the stay.

: Self contained. Comfortable, clean and well equipped.
: Shower temperature almost impossible to regulate. Started hot and quickly went cold :-(

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: location is good and rooms are clean
: a/c didnt work, there is an error code right when we arrived. based on previous reviews it seems to be a problem that hasn't been fixed for a while!also the bathroom door doesn't close correctly, you have to lift the door a little to close it.

: Very clean, quiet and secure once inside. Clean esp bathroom and kitchen. About 15 minutes to walk to the nicer parts of Malaga. Air conditioning good.
: We had difficulty establishing a check in time and emailed several times but received no replies on this. We were also anxious about parking and again no help until we finally met the owner having phoned him on arrival and waited for him to come to the property and let us in. Didn't like the local area or the parking hassle.
