  : Breakfast was expensive at 20 euro and not a complete breakfast like other 4-star hotels. When we arrived we were told that parking was available to purchase for the first night but the second night was sold out. If we had known that, we would have purchased parking in advance.

  : Unfortunately there was a festival taking place in the Town and the Hotel Street was used as a toilet literally! So many people just standing in the street making noise and the Hotel or police did nothing we did not sleep the whole time!

  : Hydrotherapy was outstanding! Excellent service and personal attention to all guests - at least what I observed. Staff bent over backwards to deliver a tremendous experience!Very disappointed my husband and I were unable to stay in old building.
  : I booked here for historic and romance. We were placed in new building. Just be clear when you book, and Im sure they will do what they can to accommodate

  : Absolutely CRAP in every way. Hotel does not take any responsibility or care for guests at all. I. On booking this hotel we were not advised that the street that it is on, including the entrance to reception, would be used as a TOILET by literally hundreds of drunken festival revellers. Walk outside and you are stepping over urine and crap stained street along with discarded toilet roll. I tried to upload photos of proof but they have decided not to publish these. It was so bad we had to cut our trip short and move to another hotel. I asked the receptionist for our money back - she admitted that the situation was disgraceful but said it wasnt their problem as it was outside of their control, while also admitting that it happens every year and we werent the only guests to complain. As a minimum they should have advised us of this when we originally booked so we could cancel, and they should also have had security moving revellers away from phasing on the hotel walls. They refused to refund me. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. No coffee making facilities so I called down and asked for a coffee in room service only to be told there was no coffee and no room service. Everything was a nightmare. This was our third time in Logrono and we had wonderful time previously but will never ever be back again. Check my other reviews. I always give credit where it is due. This place was horrendous.
