  : Nothing
: The hotel forced me to pay for one night, 6 weeks prior to my arrival date or they would cancel my booking if I did not, even though my booking stated (pay at the property) This hotel is full of young adults there to party so the hotel is really noisy, screaming, banging doors late into the night. There was no view from my room/balcony.There was nothing relaxing about this hotel. When I negotiated a refund as I wanted to leave, they acknowledged the noise and that it was a party hotel but would only refund me 7 of my 9 nights even though I had only stayed 1 night. This is so not a 4star hotel, stay away unless you're a young adult who just wants to party and make lots of noise.

: Friendly reception staff not far from the bus station.
: I only stayed for one hour after check in as the other guests that were staying on my floor were very rowdy and very drunk and vulgar shouting obscenities at the woman on other balconies. Lloret de mar is no longer a family oriented travel destination as the main strip is more for youngsters and party goers. If thats your thing then fine, but for me it was a disaster. Very disappointed as have been to lloret de mar on many previous occasions and I was horrified to see how it had changed. The hotel itself looked like it had good facilities but once again if lloret is not your scene then I would not recommend staying at a hotel along the main strip.

: Great location, and very clean and we had a great view of the pool
: Pool was a bit small and bathroom outdated

: Breakfast was beautiful with a good selection of food, rooms were good size beds very comfortable with a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower.
: The decor in the rooms was dated compared to the bathroom which was modern. The pool was very small with little room for beds and customers from the coffee shop attached to the hotel could see right in so we opted for the rooftop which had plenty of beds and 2 very small pools that you could paddle your feet in but they werent the cleanest and had stones lying at the bottom. The property had 2 very small lifts that were very slow I am disabled and sometimes had to wait almost 10 mins for the lift to come

  : Location perfect for shops, restaurants,beach,walks .
: The noisy nightclubs on all hours.

Poor
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: The only positives are the price, and the location for access but not great for staying the night.
: Things I didnt like; Some of the staff are unhelpful, as soon as you want something that requires a little more effort than giving you room keys they dont know English (wanted to change my room due to noise), anything else they knew how to speak. Way too much noise from the street, parties and club music if youre a medium to light sleeper dont bother. People screaming outside and too much music. Can also hear phone calls from people above you and next door getting it on. hairs and dirt all on the floor of the room bed is like a rock, definitely need liqueur to help you sleep. Unfortunately I dont drink so had to wait it out

: I liked the locality to the main strip
: The staff are not so friendly or helpful. The lift was out of service more than once.
