  : The building itself is beautiful and has been well restored and converted. The lounge areas are particularly calm, interesting areas to sit and enjoy the architecture. The location of the hotel, on a hill at the top of the city means it is quiet and has good views of the surrounding countryside as well as the old town itself.

  : The property is a beautiful historic site, centrally located and close to everything. All the staff were friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. I ate in both the dining room and cafeteria. Excellent food, great service - so typical of Spain's Paradors. The pricing was very reasonable.
  : The bed was a bit creaky at times. Also, I was in a room on the exterior so there could be some street noise at times. Next time, I will ask for a room off the cloister.

  : Could have been rated 10, if not for the negatives.10 for location, the uniqueness of the Parador converted into hotel, spacious rooms, and quite a decent breakfast. They have parking on site which is convenient, although a bit expensive, and the atmosphere is quite relaxing.
  : Mainly the service and the staff. They are all kind and polite ( except for the woman at reception on Sunday morning the 21st April), but the service is lame, amateurish and must be improved all around. Check in: took time to locate our reservation. Then to see that we paid in advance.Check-out: worse. One woman, operating slowly,. Very nervous and underpressure. Not all her fault as she is left alone to handle people checking in and people checking out. But as the que accumulated she continues with her slow motion way. We only had to pay for parking, stood in line for 15 minutes with just 1 person in front of us. Then she didn't mention that lift to parking might be broken. When we came back to ask what to do, she dirat wanted us tovstand in line again, now the que involved 5 persons.Breakfast staff did not speak English.There are no kettles in the room. We asked for one. Since one of us caught cold and needed supply of tea. They wouldn't provide one. Reception sent us to the cafeteria, they gave us a pot with hot water and asked we return it ourselves. We called later asking for cups, we had to go down and collect those personally. YES, LEIDA is a small town, out of the main touristic road, not a real must stop, but yet...

  : Lovely hotel modernised without loosing the character of the original convent. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Powerful shower.
  : Breakfast poor. Lots of oil on cooked breakfast, and stale bread and pastries. Selection generally wasnt good. The area directly around the hotel wasnt very nice. I would not recommend staying in Llieda as hard to find restaurants in the evening and the area not great. However, plenty of coffee and cake shops in the day.

  : Desk staff a bit grumpy at arrival, neighbourhood a bit rough. Not sure if I would go out alone at night.
