  : Receptionist very polite
  : No option of lunch or dinner on arrival, despite it being in a very rural location. No facilities to make your own coffee or get one at the hotel. No functional bar, no access to outside terrace or any where in the hotel apart from your room or reception, rest is all locked. Lack of facilities only told once you have checked in. We arrived in a rain storm and our too had a flood, was offered other small rooms and had to sleep with a bucket to catch the leaks and towels on floor. Should have stayed 2 nights checked out the next morning. If you want a coffee/drink any time than breakfast you have to drive 8 kms to nearest village which has a poor selection of restaurants, main one closed the night we were there. Oddly, we were called 2 days before we arrived by the hotel, asking us to cancel our booking with booking.com and they will keep our booking and give us a bottle of Cava when we checked in. Initially thought it was a scam, we declined the offer and the hotel confirmed they often use this tactic! The rooms are nice, they have a spa bath but no toiletries provided. Plus the noise from a local dog which is tethered to a wall by a chain opposite the hotel, youll be able to hear its constant barking in the Front rooms of the hotel due to it being stressed, bring ear plugs and hope the dogs owner shows compassion and brings the poor animal indoors. Found it a very disappointing experience, booked 2 nights checked out the next day and found a more suitable and full service hotel. This hotel isnt cheap but way overpriced for what it offers.
