  : Well isolated windows. Good location. Very good breakfast buffet with a Nepresso machine
  : Unfortunately we were right above the garage entrance, so we could hear the gate.

  : It was close by to restaurants and attractions like the rock of Gibraltar.
  : We were not told that the breakfast would extra not included with our stay when we asked about it. We just told about the hours breakfast was available. We grabbed a coffee from the machine after breakfast and was charged for that to. Needless to say we were surprised by the almost $40 euros extra on our bill upon checking out.

Disappointing

  : It was just tolerable for a one night stay after exploring nearby Gibraltar. Our room had an ocean view! (that's the positive)
  : The hotel has seen better days. Firstly, there are three steps to get to the elevator and no ramp, you have to lift luggage. Would not be at all suitable for wheelchairs, I don't think they would even fit in the elevator. Overall appearance of hallways and room were worn and in disrepair. Our room became very warm during the night and we could not get a/c to work. We opened the balcony doors which cooled us but it was very noisy from the street below and the highway close by. When we mentioned at the front desk about the air con in the morning we were told it is turned off for the season. The location is not ideal for finding any places to eat nearby .
