: A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location immediately adjacent to the Cathedral. Our room had a lovely view of the city and Cathedral. The rooftop area has stunning views all around

: We booked hotel because of restaurant recommendations only to find it was only open in the evening on Friday and Saturday? Very disappointing also roof bar was stinking of sewerage very poor! Breakfast was bang average!

: Despite the upgrade to our room, our stay was not as comfortable as expected. The bed had a noticeable dip on one end, making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, on our first day, we were invited to a 'wine' tasting event, which turned out to be a Sherry tasting instead. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the staff were proficient in more fluent and comprehensible English. I would advise against taking the offered Sherry tour, even for those who appreciate the beverage. The entire team exhibited a consistently discourteous demeanor from start to finish. Moreover, the 1.5-hour tour did not provide an enjoyable experience.
