  : We loved the location of the property and were lucky to have a room which overlooked the pool area and then onto the beautiful beach front. As we were travelling out of season, the hotel was really quiet which suited us perfectly. Our room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, we had a small terrace to sit outside on so that we could appreciate the lovely view. The bathroom was excellent and everywhere in the hotel seemed clean and well maintained. There were water stations providing a selection of chilled water which we used regularly.
  : The check in procedure was very slow, only one member of staff dealing with numerous clients, we waited at the priority check in, only to be told after 15 minutes of waiting and numerous other guests being dealt with even though they had arrived after us, that the priority check in wasnt working, we had to repeat all of the information given on line, this made the whole check in procedure laborious and long winded. We ate only once at the hotel {evening meal} and found the buffet rather disappointing, although the food was plentiful, it lacked imagination and seemed a somewhat dated menu.
