  : Rafael was very helpful and welcomed us very hospitably at the cottage. During our stay we felt being taken care of all the time. Rafael responded immediately for every single request. The place is really nice and cosy. House is furniture in as a classic Canarian style (typical casa rural), yet equipped with all modern appliances (fridge, iron, hair dryer etc). Very peaceful and quiet. The three terraces create a beautiful space for relax with a picturesque view on the ocean and the mountains. Location is very convenient for driving around the island. Shops and restaurants are within a distance of 5 min drive or 30-minute walk. Wi-Fi is good for internet browsing, watching movies or regular computer work, yet with live streaming during on-line meetings may lag a little.

  : The location and house were perfect for us. A small cosy house in a quiet street with terraces at each side of the house and a small swimming pool. It is exactly as in the pictures. Rafael is the perfect host. A food basket was available upon arrival. Very good central location to drive to all must-sees of Gran Canaria. Every evening we were happy to go back to "our" peaceful and cosy house.
  : No major issue, just good to know: Do not take showers with 4 persons in a row, the last one might get cold water. We only had this once as most of the time showers were spread over the day.

  : The place is very nice and cozy, the owner is super helpful and friendly, there are all the essentials and even more in the kitchen, the three terraces were fantastic

  : This is a really nice property in a very quiet, almost rustic part of Gran Canaria. Very comfortable for two and fully equipped. with everything you need. Fifteen minutes from the airport but absolutely no aircraft noise. The small town of Ingenio is friendly having two good restaurants and an excellent bakery about 20-25 minutes walk.
  : This should have been a 5 star review but when we arrived there was no wifi. The owner tried to log on with us but not improbably an email address was not the password. The explanation that it was a temporary fault was not believable and sure enough the wifi never worked. I contacted the owner by email and through 'messaging' to no avail. Only when I complained through Booking.com was there a response,. I think pressure from Booking.com made the owner take my complaint seriously after my second complaint as he then returned, reset the router ( switch off/switch on) and provided a new password. It worked! And seamless wifi from then on. This event is significant because I found that earlier messaging via Booking.com was ignored by the owner when I was trying to check out if there was a filter coffee maker- there is, but couldn't get a response. So have no reservations about booking this property- it's excellent, but if the owner ignores a reasonable request from you don't be slow to use the excellent customer service process with Booking.com.
