  : Beautiful property in quiet location. There were several issues with the property (air con in the bedroom didn't work) and the building management came round 3-4 times to fix. Also the key fob to access the property was not working properly which meant it had to be replaced during our stay. Very inconvenient when tying to get into the house each time. Also no WiFi password was provided on arrival at the property. Such a simple thing, but we had to call their helpline for that!
  : A whole month later from the end of our stay, we are still awaiting the return of our deposit despite multiple chasers and a promise two weeks later(!) to look into it. Extremely disappointed and this has resulted in escalating to booking.com. Will not be returning.
