  : Many unwelcome surprises: there is no reception, there no staff. My concerns about safety were dismissed - apparently cameras are enough. When you arrive, surprise, you need to walk another 3 streets to collect the keys. My front door key didnt work, and I got locked out at midnight. Remember, There is no reception or person to help if something like this happens. my phone charger kept falling out of the plug because it is mounted badly. Hot water didnt work. Airconditioner heating didnt work, just made the room colder. I ended up leaving a night early.

  : The location is amazing. Everything was close and we got the bus to the bus station easily.
  : The place had only 2 power outlets. One near the bed and one in the bathroom making it hard to charge our equipment. The room was smaller than what we expected and had no view. We had to go to another place nearby to check-in and check-out.

  : My staying was not OK and there were not only one, but many, serious issues with the company's trustfulness and willingness to solve issues. The main one is that what you see advertised, is not what you get. Firstly, the ad images didn't show that rooms (all of them) lean over a blind courtyard, where you have your neighbors windows right in front of yours, 3 mts away. The problem is that the room (all of them) doesn't have translucid curtains, but a blackout. So you have to choose to have daylight and see/be seen by your neighbor or have some privacy and be completely in darkness, as much as staying in a blind basement. Moreover when you finally draw the blackout, from time to time, what you see is a dirty courtyard storing debris bags. (see pics) The TV didn't work. may be because it was so old that it didn't even have HDMI connection. I've called the manager and as a solution I've got an I can't go and help you, I'm alone in the front desk". In Summary. You have the impression, not to be in a hostel, but to have fallen into a deaf, blind piece of tourist product, where there is none out there, except to get your credit card number. I have no complaints on the employees, (was not their fault to be the only soul alive, to run 2 hostels at the same time) but with the owners that I have the impression that they never spent a night in their own hostel, otherwise I couldn't explain such thoughtlessness.
