  : The hotel room is HUGE. The bed was HUGE. The view out of the windows from every angle was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is even a small parking lot on site for drivers.
  : There was a cockroach in our bathroom when we woke up. The windows were closed, so we think it came up through the soaking tub. The tub was a little... worn, so it seems the most likely culprit. There was a large group of students staying in the hotel who were very loud. We didn't mind their presence, but the doors are thin enough that you can hear every step, bang, giggle, etc.

  : We booked through Booking.comGiven the option of beds we opted for the double bed. The photo of the rooms showed a spacious room with double bed.When we arrived we were given the key to a small room crammed with three single beds. When I questioned it they said that Booking.com had not passed on my email. I had also found the email address of the hotel and although they claim to have replied they had not.Balcony furniture looks like it was salvaged from a skip, dented and the paint was peeling. I had booked in English and mailed in English and they pointed to terms and conditions in Spanish. Remember this is a tourist destination in a large city. They complained that my emails were asking the same questions but were not bright enough to realize that it was because I had no answer. On the way to Granada we had decided that we could stay another night but I would rather sleep in a tent than stay one more night. Beds not comfortable. Aircon too loud. Balcony dirty. The day staff were rude to the point that I walked away from reception rather than engage in a shouting match. Btw I couldnt connect to any WiFi in the room so assumed there was none.Generally the whole place is tired and a little dirty. No need to say more because I will never stay there again.

  : The room was difficult to find within the configuration of the hotel. There was no service in the snack bar. Cafeteria only served meals. We had to buy drinks and snacks from reception.
