  : Parking is difficult if you travel by car. The parking garage is pretty far from the hotel. Hotel location is very centered, beautiful entrance hall and staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is styled in line with the building, classic and comfortable.

  : I was NOT impressed with the property at all! From the foul odors in the room, the window looked at a brick wall so zero natural light and the room was beyond small! VERY steep stairs to get to the room, over priced breakfast, lack of customer service, and I even checked out early due to many failures, which I communicated and they still charged me for a night that I wasnt there! Also in the pictures they advertise of having Molton Brown and they have nothing of the sorts. The hotel entrance is literally in an alley that is not easy to get to with luggage etc. overall, VERY POOR overall experience and when I brought it to managements attention, I was ignored and dismissed. TERRIBLE!!
