  : The location is great with everything you need at your doorstep, the building is nice and clean, the views from the rooftop are great,
  : Extremelly noisy, the windows dont block out the outside noise whatsoever. Very cheap furnishings (trashcans, kitchenware etc). There were no towels at our arrival, no basic kitchen staples. A lot of the flat details are not up to "deluxe" standard, simply feeling too cheap. Not a good value for money.

  : Tastefully decorated apartment. Great location within walking distance of all central sights but still with a local feel.
  : Check in on website states 2pm check in but we received no prior contact for instructions to check in and were standing around outside building at 2:30pm.. I messaged and then phoned them. We were told check in not until 3pm but we could leave our bags while the cleaners finished our apartment. It was all a bit disorganised.. we were wandering the building looking for our room while on the phone. While confusing and disorganised everyone was friendly. Shower heat and pressure a bit precarious and required fiddling with taps not connected to shower.. instructions on this may help in future. We liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay after everything was eventually sorted but these downgraded our score from 10 to 8. While not within control of the host there was very loud construction work taking place below the apartment which started from 8:30am, thankfully we were out and about most of the day but it goes on until into the evening

  : Very comfortable,spacious, lots of natural light, fresh apartament. The roof has an amazing view over the mountains and cool builings and the pool is just perfect to cool down. The evening on the rooftop were incredible, the sunset so perfect. if you are lucky to be there while the full moon is such spectacular view when the full moon comes from behind the mountains. very special place to visit, and the apartament just makes you feel like home.

  : No Coffee pods for coffee maker - Host left ground coffee which goes straight into your cup - YUK - how cheap can you be along with needing new frying pans and utensils to cook since they were falling apart

  : the apartment itself is really modern and comfortable (with some slight things needing to be maintained) and it's a great location on a leafy square. the pool is convenient especially when it is hot. but we have given a low score because we had so many issues (see the "what you didn't like".
  : there was so much that is wrong with this property and that the property managers should be improving.firstly the checkin in was a complete mess. the staff were unorganised, seemed undertrained / bad a customer service and were poor at communicating. we asked for early checkin because we were arriving from the airport at 12, and being pregnant I couldnt carry our bags around for 3 hours until the assigned check in. they refused to let us leave our bags at the apartment and for us to come back when it was ready (we didn't even want to use the apartment when it wasn't clean). instead, we had to leave our bags at their office which is a 10 minute walk away, but in 35 degree heat not a. easy plan for us because I'm pregnant and couldn't walk that far with the bags. then we get to the office and there were street works, so we had to walk through a construction site and our bags got filthy. the staff did offer to drop our bags to the apartment at 3pm rather than us returning, but when we met them at the apartment at the agreed time, they were late and we had to wait in the 35 degree heat outside the front door until they arrived 30 minutes later. then, we we finally got upstairs to get into the apartment and the cleaner had locked the keys into the apartment, and we had to wait until they had some keys brought over. so overall, we waited 4 hours just to get into the apartment with our bags from our arrival.secondly, there is a lot of broken things in the apartment. the clothes drying rack is broken. the bialetti coffee machine was put through the washing machine and is fouled so can't be used. the couch pillows slip all the way off when you use them. plus there's only two of each cutlery/ plate item, which is not generous. there's no washing powder for the machine, no coffee or tea available (for a two day stay). and to top it off, when we arrived, we noticed they had only given us one bath towel, not two.

  : On a very pleasant square. Dunk pool on top floor gave stunning views across town - the apartment provided picnic chairs to use on the roof. Which were a godsend
