  : Location was very good.Spotlessly clean.Comfortable beds.
  : 15 steps up to elevator which was not stated also apartment is two floors again not stayed in description we would not have booked if known as my husband had a new knee recently.Kitchen was tiny for what is a 6 person apartment Utensils inadequate I.E no proper knives or cooking utensils.Terrace looked fantastic on picture but it had missing tiles on step it needs updated as it looks shabby it really needs either some shade or an umbrella you could not sit out comfortably.Advertised satellite TV it was not working properly as connections were faulty and we had to put batteries in remote.The electric tripped frequently and because it was two floors we had to go downstairs to put it back on which was totally inconvenient as we are not young people and no safety light on stairs when we had to go down.

  : Location .. the balcony was incredible. Main bedroom is stunning. Staff were incredibly helpful & prompt in responding.

  : The location is nice (although the noise from neighbouring restaurants carry until 2-3am and than starts again with cleaning teams around 7am) and the apartment itself is very spacious and would be nice if anyone would actually took care.
  : After many delays the hosts finally sent us the code for the key box. It took several hours to receive the parking details, although they knew when we were coming for a few weeks. Cleaning team was late by an hour, plaster falling of walls, jamming locks in the bathroom (our 11 years old son couldn't get out and was very distressed), clogged sink, clumps of hair on the carpet, no wi-fi, no air-con (just half broken fans to console yourself), several of the lightbulbs blown. To top it off the host agreed to 60% refund, just to refuse it until we leave 10* review on Booking.com! SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE from Chezmoihomes!

  : Location was excellent. The accommodation was spacious and airy. Staff responded quickly to help us enjoy the stay.
  : There were a few basics missing such as tea towel, kettle and a shower screen. No remotes worked but batteries were quickly provided and the a/c power point was lose an it frequently cut out.
